REGISTRATION

• 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
• The registration fees include participation to the scientific programs, entrance to the exhibition areas, all printed materials and tea and coffee to be served in the foyer area and entrance to all social programs (bar night, gala, etc.) during the congress are included.
• * Those who are members of the Turkish Society of Lymphedema and Lipedema and do not owe any dues.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

Airport-Hotel or Hotel-Airport transfers of the participants who report their flight ticket information to the Congress Organization Secretariat will be organized at 50.00 EUR + VAT one way.

ACCOMMODATION

• 2% city tax and VAT 10% will be added to the accommodation fees.
• Services included in accommodation fees:
  15 October 2025 check-in – 19 October 2025 for 4 nights
  All inclusive accommodation services of the hotel

(*) Outside Participation Fee

• All participants who do not make a reservation for accommodation in one of the congress hotels through the organization secretariat are required to pay Outside Participation Fee, in addition to the congress registration.
• The outside participation fee covers the entrance to the congress center between 08:00 - 18:00 on the scientific program days and the entrance at the relevant hours on the social activity days.

SPECIAL PACKAGE

• The above prices include VAT.
• The fee is a single price applicable to all registration types.
• The package fee include;

• Accommodation 15 October 2025 check-in – 19 October 2025 for 4 nights (All inclusive)

Refunds and Cancellations: 50% of registration, accommodation, sponsorship and transfer fees will be refunded for cancellations made before 12 March 2025. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date.
